David Williams

David Williams is a Worker-Owner with Bexar Collective. He is also the Owner Operator of Custom Texas Living LLC.

Fascinated by the body David studied Kinesiology at Lindenwood University in the early 2000's. Later he found that construction and contact sports through high school and college left his body muscle bound and damaged . Drawn by the philosophy and mind body connection he began his journey into the world of Yoga receiving his initial teacher training (YTT200) in fall 2022. Always hungry for knowledge and growth he has continued his education receiving multiple certifications in health and wellness fields, and beyond.

Seeing the body and minds ability to heal and recover first hand through care and gentle guidance David remains focused on bringing his practices and education to the wider community.

Alyssa Lopez

Alyssa Lopez is a Worker-Owner at Bexar Collective and a licensed massage therapist (LMT) with over 10 years of experience in the field. Alyssa’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where she developed a strong understanding of systemic oppression. This foundation informs her commitment to providing sliding scale and donation-based community sessions to make therapeutic services accessible to all.

In addition to her work as a massage therapist, Alyssa’s background in singing and dance has instilled in her a deep appreciation for the importance of breath, movement, and body awareness. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes the integration of her entire body when working with clients, with a particular focus on Ashiatsu and Mat-Based techniques to address individual needs and promote healing.

Dia Vega-Young

Worker-Owner at Bexar Collective. Licensed massage therapist since Sept 2023 with a focus in Thai style bodywork; NLPR (Next Level Pain Relief) specialist certification through Robert Gardner Wellness.

Southeast Asian martial arts practitioner since 2009 under Sifu Gilbert Leal/Dragon Martial Arts in Wing Tsun, Kali, and Silat. Started training under Ajahrn David Brown/Total Confidence Martial Arts in Muay Thai/Boran, Wing Tsun, Latosa Escrima in 2010. Began coaching/pedagogy training as martial arts instructor in April 2014. Trained under Kru Pol in Mae Mai Muay Chaiya under Kru Pol during Covid pandemic.

Goals/Vision for community:

Urban solutions to food security through CSA (community supported agriculture), water conservation & rights, environmental healing & conservation.


Tia Williams

Tia Williams is a Guam native, currently based in San Antonio working as a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and creative director.

She focuses on teaching Stained Glass and Mosaic through UTSA PACE’s continuing education program and is currently working toward her Art Therapist certification. Tia is dedicated to making creative healing accessible by integrating art and community care into her practice. She creates spaces where creativity supports well-being. Her approach is inclusive, intentional, and community-centered.

As a Worker-Owner, she serves as Creative Director and Administrator at Bexar Collective. Separately, she is the artist behind Transcendental Creative. Her work centers creativity as a bridge for connection, healing, and self-expression.
